• Strong experience in S&OP+ or Integrated Business Planning across global, regional and market environments.
• Broad experience spanning commercial, finance, supply, marketing or strategy functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.
• Strong systems-thinking skills to translate insights into actions.

• Lead S&OP+ Effectiveness & Integration across functions and regions.
