Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Global Rotational Program Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of its early career rotational programs from the Charlotte, NC office. You will own the participant experience from onboarding through final placement, partnering with leaders, Talent Management, and executives to deliver meaningful development opportunities and scalable processes.

You will drive program metrics, governance, and continuous improvement while supporting

Qualifications

5+ years in early career program management or related HR field.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage relationships across a matrixed organization.
Experience designing, managing, or supporting rotational or early career programs.

Responsibilities

Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of rotational programs with metrics.
Manage end-to-end participant experience from onboarding to placement.
Develop professional development pathways, including certification and licensing readiness.
Coordinate rotations and ensure meaningful experiences across the organization.
Develop dashboards and report key program metrics (retention, mobility, placement).
