Chloé is seeking a Global Retail Intern in Paris to help transform how we support, train and engage our boutique teams worldwide. You will work across Retail, Data, Digital and Training on projects to improve efficiency, automate processes and strengthen performance monitoring.

Responsibilities include automating data collection, building reporting tools, and creating engaging micro-learning formats for a global audience. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field (Business/Engineering/Data/Digital/IS).
• Strong Excel skills; macros/VBA a plus.
• Interest in AI, automation, data and digital tools.
• Comfortable with PowerPoint and data management.
• Able to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate Retail and Training processes.
• Develop automated data collection and reporting outputs, including PowerPoint exports from databases.
• Explore AI and digital tools to enhance retail training content and distribution.
• Build and maintain a global Morning Brief database for knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and improve digital learning platforms and performance dashboards.
