Lime is hiring a Sr Program Manager, Repair Operations to build and scale the operating system for Repair Operations worldwide. You will lead a globally diverse team of project managers and partner with Local Operations, Central Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to drive alignment and sustainable change.

This hybrid role requires residence in London, Paris, or Berlin to ensure effective collaboration across markets, with a focus on improving repair quality,

Qualifications

• Experience driving operational change in large, globally distributed organizations.
• Global transformation leader capable of strategy to rollout and measurable results.
• Passion for improving processes to raise repair quality and team efficiency.
• Ability to use data to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, and measure impact.

Responsabilités

• Own the global Repair Operations program, including priorities, operating model, governance, and change-management approach.
• Lead and develop the global Repair Operations team, setting standards and performance management.
• Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system, including standards and metrics.
• Drive operational change across a large, distributed organization of repair warehouses and frontline teams.
• Build alignment across markets by influencing leaders and securing resources for change.
• Own the training and certification strategy, including role-based curricula and readiness criteria.
• Own the measurement framework and reporting to ensure trusted, actionable metrics.
