Goldfield & Banks in Paris, France seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager & Operations Specialist to ensure global regulatory compliance and coordinate product lifecycle activities for perfumes, home collections and related items.

You will manage regulatory documentation, liaise with suppliers and laboratories, and support onboarding of new products across markets. Fluent French and English are required, with 3+ years in regulatory affairs within fragrance/cosmetics preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry, cosmetology, toxicology or scientific equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong regulatory knowledge (EU/MOCRA/IFRA).
• Experience coordinating regulatory topics across regions and product lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Regulatory compliance across EU and international markets for fragrances and cosmetics.
• Coordinate product launches, packaging updates and artwork validation with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders on implications.
