Mars France is seeking a Global Innovation Regulatory Compliance Manager to act as the regulatory lead for renovation and compliance projects. You will collaborate with R&D, Demand, and Commercial Prospection teams to maximize differentiation while maintaining compliance, and identify regulatory risks throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires an MS in life sciences, 6+ years in regulation with 3+ years in regulatory affairs, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• M.S. or equivalent in life sciences.
• 6+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in Regulatory Affairs.
• Hands-on professional experience in product law.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Act as the regulatory lead for renovation and compliance projects, ensuring that all new or updated product concepts and developments are designed with compliance at their core.
• Partner closely with R&D, Demand, and Commercial Prospection teams to offer options to maximize opportunities to differentiate Royal Canin products while ensuring our ability to defend their compliance.
• Identify, assess, and articulate regulatory-driven risks and opportunities throughout the innovation lifecycle.
• Lead or contribute to the continuous improvement and total quality management initiatives of the team.
