Measure and report on transformation impact: before/after on every major project
Partner with the Head of TA to create the conditions for reliable, actionable reporting
Lead full ATS & CRM deployment and configuration across all verticals

Build and maintain ATS/HRIS integrations for seamless data flow
Develop the 12‑month AI roadmap in partnership with the Head of TA
Identify use cases: job description generation, CV screening support, candidate communication automation
Pilot and evaluate tools (Dust and equivalents), track adoption and efficiency gains
Train the team on AI tools and embed them into existing workflows
Set up degradation alerts on key metrics: NPS, TTH, ITW/hire ratios

Produce corrective action plans when SLAs are missed or KPIs degrade
