Career Legal in Paris seeks a Recruitment Manager to own full life-cycle hiring across Fee Earners and Early Careers. You will source, interview, manage offers, and hand over to Talent colleagues, coordinating with regional leaders to meet high-volume targets.

You will design Paris-based recruitment marketing, oversee internships, and build a diverse, inclusive candidate pipeline while aligning with the firm’s global employer branding. This role spans Paris and Casablanca offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience running strategic recruitment in a global professional services firm.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Fee Earners and Interns, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead and develop the Hiring Coordinator, fostering high performance.
• Design and execute Paris recruitment marketing and graduate attraction plans.
• Coordinate internships and university partnerships across Paris and Casablanca.
• Maintain an inclusive talent pipeline and report recruitment metrics.
• Partner with Practice Group leadership to refine recruitment strategy.
