Air Liquide Maritime Moissy-Cramayel is seeking an Operation Engineer to oversee lab and production activities, ensure safety, and optimize operational workflows across laboratories and production lines. The role includes SPC, process monitoring, and collaboration with global teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

The candidate will manage laboratory operations, participate in IQC/IPQC/OQC activities, and support metrology and instrumentation modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in an industrial & operational environment.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory for local and international coordination.
• Strong analytical expertise in GC and FTIR.
• Knowledge of chemical engineering fundamentals and statistical software.

Responsabilités

• Perform proactive monitoring of production parameters and ensure procedure compliance.
• Lead investigations and troubleshooting in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor SPC, control charts, and action plans for deviations.
