Air Liquide France Industrie seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance across multiple production sites in the region. You will manage MAXIMO usage and data quality, and coordinate with purchasing, supply chain and Stock Management.

Reporting to the Maintenance Master Data Manager within the Cluster SWE, you will drive projects, monitor KPIs and help shape the annual maintenance plan and budget. Occasional travel to sites is required.

Competenze

• Engineer with Bac+4/5 in industrial field and initial proven experience in Primary Production.
• Strong industrial culture, organized, autonomous and rigorous.
• Analytical and synthesis skills; able to manage priorities and multiple interfaces.
• Proficient with MAXIMO and PowerBI; good knowledge of Google Suite; good English.

• Coordinate maintenance across multiple production sites; lead maintenance teams.
• Responsible for MAXIMO data quality and usage by technicians.
• Interface maintenance with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Stock Management and other support functions.
• Lead and coordinate GMAO-related projects and deployments with regional and central teams.

• Participate in national and cluster working groups.
• Assist in building the annual maintenance target and budget in Maximo.
• Possibly participate in multi-year major maintenance outages in the region.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Le coordinateur de maintenance a un rôle transverse au sein du processus de maintenance de sa zone (plusieurs sites industriels de production), il lead les équipes opérationnelles de maintenance sur plusieurs aspects.
• Il est responsable et garant sur sa zone de l’outil Maximo, GMAO utilisée par tous les techniciens (proximité et pluriannuel) pour générer, suivre, tracer les opérations de maintenance. Il est garant de la qualité de la base de données (complétude des données, conformité au regard des référentiels, paramétrage…), de la bonne utilisation de l’outil par les techniciens.
• Il est également garant des autres outils maintenance qui permettent d'être des interfaces entre la maintenance, les fonctions transverses (Achats, Supply Chain, Gestion de stock) et l’ensemble des fonctions supports.
• Il pilote, coordonne les projets, initiatives et déploiements liés à la GMAO sur sa zone, avec les équipes de sa zone et les équipes centrales (Cluster)
• Il assure le reporting des indicateurs de performance des équipes de maintenance.
• Il prend part à des groupes de travail (Nationaux, Cluster…)
• Il est responsable , en collaboration avec le responsable maintenance de la zone, de construire la target de maintenance de l’année suivante (liste des opérations de maintenance à effectuer, préparation du budget…) ; il est garant de la tenue des budgets dans Maximo
• Il peut participer à l’organisation des grands arrêts de maintenance pluriannuels de la région
• Il a un rôle actif transverse dans l’organisation pour faciliter et rendre le processus global de maintenance plus efficace
• Il rapporte fonctionnellement au Maintenance Master Data Manager au sein des équipes paratgés du Cluster South West Europe (SWE).
