Job summary

Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking a seasoned supervisor to organize unit operations, manage workflow, and act as the liaison with Industrial, Maintenance, SIO, and Business teams. You will oversee production volume and quality, drive site performance, and guarantee plant reliability.

The role requires a Bac+5 or engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience and the ability to read critical operating documents to solve production issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma at Bac+5 / Licence in engineering or equivalent technical degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Technical and operational understanding of Air Liquide process operations / ability to read key operating documents and troubleshoot production issues

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Superviser les opérations de l'unité en organisant l'activité et le flux de travail de l'usine, et assurer l'interface avec les autres équipes (Industriel / Maintenance, Centre SIO, Business Developer...)

Responsabilités principales

• Assurer le volume et la qualité de la production
• Améliorer la performance du site
• Garantir la fiabilité de l'usine
• Coordonner avec les autres équipes (maintenance, SIO...)
• Encadrer et évaluer la performance des techniciens

• Gestion d'équipe : moins de 10 personnes encadrées
• Périmètre : une unité supervisée

Are you a MATCH?

• Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 / Licence en ingénierie ou diplôme technique équivalent
• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience
• Compréhension technique et opérationnelle des procédés d'exploitation d'Air Liquide / Capacité à lire les documents d'exploitation clés et à résoudre les problèmes de production
