Mistral is seeking an Accounting (R2R) Manager to own the end-to-end close process and lead a GL accounting team across entities. You will ensure accurate, timely, and scalable financial reporting as the company expands internationally.

You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany coordination, and consolidation prep, while driving improvements and automation in the R2R function. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent designation is required.
• 8+ years accounting experience including 2+ years at a Big 4 firm.
• Solid IFRS knowledge and multi-entity/ international close experience.
• Proficient in SAP S4/HANA is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Build and maintain a detailed close calendar and checklist.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues to avoid delays.
• Lead the R2R team and coordinate delivery.
