CEVA Logistics is offering a Global Project Management Intern role in La Défense, providing direct exposure to the C-Level Executive Committee and the Management Team. You will work on the Group Transformation portfolio, designing dashboards, analyzing data, and preparing strategic materials.

The position targets final-year students in management/strategy/finance/data with strong analytical skills and fluency in English, plus French language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Final-year student from a leading business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program with a specialization in management, strategy, finance, or data. International education.
• Fluency in English is required. Good understanding of French required; spoken proficiency preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Team-oriented, curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR, and Transformation programs.
• Prepare strategic analyses, executive presentations, and synthesis materials for the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other Management Team members.
• Support governance processes through data collection, process structuring, and progress tracking.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as benchmarking, cross-functional analyses, and workshop preparation.

About the Team

The Group Transformation team leads CEVA’s strategic programs and oversees the overall performance of the transformation portfolio (Finance, HR, productivity initiatives, savings plans, and other transformation priorities). The Control Tower team acts as the central hub for monitoring, analyzing, and steering the Group’s strategic initiatives.
