Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Logistics Operations Professional to lead industrial project transports across national and international routes. You will coordinate complex shipments, ensure client requirements, deadlines, and operational constraints are met, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a strong background in transport logistics, project cargo, and proficiency in English, with a focus on delivering value and optimizing processes

Qualifications

• Requires experience in international transport, transit, or industrial logistics projects.
• Strong understanding of multimodal flows (air, sea, road, rail).
• Ability to manage multiple files with rigor and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pilot and coordinate transport operations for industrial projects, from pickup to final delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders: clients, carriers, shipping lines, subcontractors, agents and international partners.
• Monitor operational shipments and ensure deadlines and contractual commitments are met.
• Identify technical constraints and propose logistic solutions for client needs.
• Manage documentary aspects of international transport.
• Track costs and contribute to profitability control of cases.
• Anticipate and resolve operational contingencies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the team.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings and provide regular reporting.
