Your background

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar role within the transformers or energy industry.
• Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and industry technologies to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate offerings.
• Strong technical understanding of transformers' engineering designs and manufacturing processes, especially in the Shell Technology.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to drive product developments. Understanding of Market New trends about Sustainability, Digitalization, Product Compliance regulations and Standardization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
