Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Product Specialist to manage the transformers product portfolio, conduct market analysis and support the development of cutting-edge solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market requirements into actionable inputs for the product roadmap, communicate technical benefits, and help ensure industry standards compliance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar role within the transformers or energy industry.
• Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and industry technologies to communicate product benefits.
• Strong understanding of transformers' engineering designs and manufacturing processes, especially in the Shell Technology.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to drive product developments with focus on sustainability, digitalization, compliance, and standardization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
