Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Product/Portfolio Manager to own and harmonize the global product portfolio. You will drive profitability through cost optimization, lead multi-stakeholder projects, and push for sustainable product development while coordinating with R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with 5–8 years in Product Management, Project Management, or Sales & Marketing, and is fluent in English; French or Dutch is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 5–8 years in Product/Project Management or Sales & Marketing.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Product Range Management: own and harmonize the global product portfolio and support cross-functional teams.
• Margin Optimization & Cost Reduction: drive profitability via cost optimization and supplier strategies.
• New Product Development: define roadmap, validate specs, and ensure CSR and sustainability alignment.
• Key Project Management: lead multi-stakeholder projects and report progress to steering committees.
• Asset Management: optimize production, monitor capacity, and drive supplier management.
