Servier, a human-sized international pharmaceutical group, is preparing the launch of a high-potential therapy in Rare Oncology. As Global Product Director, you will lead the global brand strategy and launch readiness across markets to transform the treatment landscape for patients.

You will align cross-functional teams, drive segmentation and KPIs, and partner with affiliates and Medical to deliver credible scientific communications. English proficiency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business/Marketing or related field.
• 8–10+ years of proven pharmaceutical marketing experience, with Rare Oncology.
• English proficiency is required; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define the global brand strategy and value proposition
• Lead global launch planning across key markets
• Build and deliver the Global Brand Plan
• Engage with KOLs, expert centers, and affiliate teams in Rare Oncology
• Partner with Medical to ensure credible scientific communication
• Monitor performance and adapt strategies in a fast-evolving pre-launch context
• Govern Global Brand Team governance and alignment
