Ingenico is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Alixan, FR to coordinate cross functional teams and support prioritization across global and local stakeholders. You will lead the PAB process, align product, technology, services and sales, and drive execution across regions.

Fluent English and a Bac+5 degree are required; the role offers the chance to influence strategic opportunities and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across the APAC and other regions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent.
• Experience in Product Delivery, Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or similar cross-functional role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international, matrix environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and drive execution across functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Product Assessment Board (PAB) process for assigned opportunities and requests.
• Assess opportunities, validate required investments, and support prioritization decisions.
• Ensure high-quality inputs from Sales and coordinate evaluations with Technology and Professional Services.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for local teams on product and sales enablement.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Technology, Hardware Operations & Quality, Services & Support, Marketing, and Sales.
• Manage business-critical escalations and ensure effective communication between global and local teams.
• Identify risks, track mitigation plans, and drive actions to ensure delivery.
