Sanofi is seeking a Global Head of Procurement Services to lead and transform a global procurement organization of 600–650 professionals. You will partner with senior leadership to define target operating models, governance, and KPI frameworks, while driving digitalization and efficiency across Source to Pay processes.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and extensive experience in global transformations within healthcare and life sciences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in complex global transformations, strategy, optimization, digitalization and/or consulting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Lead Procurement Services organization of ~600-650 Sanofians and oversee the delivery of Procurement strategy.
• Develop and embed target operating models and governance frameworks.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress and value delivery across procurement services.
• Drive enterprise Source to Pay transformation and global end-to-end process excellence.
• Define and lead digitalization, AI, and automation initiatives within Procurement.
