Sanofi seeks a Global Head of Procurement Services to lead a large, centralized procurement function within the new Business Operations unit. You will partner with senior executives to drive end-to-end procurement transformation, standardize processes, and deliver value through AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires 15+ years of global transformation experience, strong leadership, and ability to influence across R&D, M&S, and Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in complex, global transformations, strategy, optimization, digitalization and/or consulting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Lead Procurement Services organization of ~600-650 staff and oversee a strategic BPO partner. Align with GBO operating model and global hubs.
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise Source to Pay transformation for end-to-end process excellence.
• Define and drive digitalization, AI, and automation initiatives across Procurement Services with governance and measurable value.
• Establish a standard global end-to-end contract lifecycle and monitor supplier performance.
• Drive risk management and supplier diversity, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Develop analytics strategy for spend, category reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across GBU, R&D, M&S and Corporate Functions.
• Foster a culture of change, continuous improvement, and global process ownership.
