Sanofi seeks a seasoned leader to head Procurement Services within Global Business Operations in France. You will oversee 250–300 professionals and a strategic BPO partner to deliver simple, standardized procurement services that unlock value and drive productivity.

Key initiatives include Source to Pay transformation, contract and compliance management, risk management, and analytics. You will partner with R&D, M&S, and Corporate Functions to enable growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in business-related field required (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting).
• 15+ years in global transformations, strategy or consulting.
• Proven communication, collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Procurement Services organization of ~250-300 Sanofians and oversee a BPO partner.
• Develop enterprise procurement strategy and target operating model.
• Drive Source to Pay transformation and end-to-end process simplification.
• Establish global contract life-cycle management and supplier governance.
• Advance risk management, analytics, and stakeholder partnerships across functions.
