Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience software, seeks an experienced Director, Global Procurement based in Madrid with a global remit to define and execute Nexthink’s procurement strategy across indirect spend and to build a high‑performing category management organization.

The role partners with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, HR, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Workplace to drive savings, manage risk and supplier performance while shaping procurement capabilities and leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Procurement or Category Management experience.
• Experience leading global indirect procurement categories.
• Experience building procurement teams and developing Category Managers.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems; NetSuite desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute global procurement strategy and operating model.
• Develop category strategies across Software/SaaS, Cloud, Tech, Professional Services, Marketing, HR, Workplace.
• Lead a team of Category Managers and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, and governance.
• Drive spend visibility, cost optimization and savings.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and Security on contracts and compliance.
