Hitachi Energy is seeking an energetic Planning & Execution Project Manager to drive global process transformation across planning, procurement, logistics and material management for manufacturing operations worldwide. You will establish governance, mentor teams, and collaborate with SAP COE to harmonize standards and deliver measurable improvements.

This role reports to the High Voltage BU Global Head of Material Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
10+ years of experience in operational excellence or business process improvement.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations for complex engineered products.
Proven coaching, change management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsabilités

Institute project management methodology and governance within improvement programs.
Oversee project structure, schedules, and risk mitigation.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across a multi-cultural, matrixed organization.
Coordinate with SAP Center of Expertise to align processes with tool improvements.
Understand end-to-end value chain from demand planning to delivery.
Support standardization and deployment of global processes across factories.
Act as a change agent during process, system, or organizational changes.
Provide coaching and training to enhance capabilities with new processes and tools.
Design and implement KPIs and reporting to monitor program performance.
