Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned professional to lead business process governance and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment. The role focuses on designing, standardizing and optimizing end-to-end processes while deploying governance standards across the organization.

You will ensure clear communication, adoption of processes and effective execution, collaborating with Business Process Owners and stakeholders at all levels to drive measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Business Process Management, continuous improvement, operational excellence or organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in process governance principles, operating models, RACI matrices and process lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead standardization initiatives while considering business needs.
• Experience in an international, complex and cross-functional environment.
• Recognized for your ability to unite, influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and performance measurement methods.
