AYES - Management & Technology Consulting is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead an international transformation within a rolling stock program. You will drive operational excellence across a global manufacturing network, standardizing workshop processes and deploying innovative solutions with cross-border teams.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing, production, logistics or engineering, plus PMO experience and excellent stakeholder management, with around 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial environments.
• Proven PMO/Project Management experience in business-driven or operational projects.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• English proficiency at least B2/C1.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~20% (Europe, US, Asia, Africa).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate an international transformation project within a global rolling stock program.
• Define functional requirements and business needs for operational tools for workshop activities.
• Collaborate with external software vendors for development and deployment of solutions.
• Lead change management activities, supporting tool and process adoption by operators and shop-floor teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
• Act as the main interface between operational teams, IT, suppliers, and senior management.
• Prepare project reporting and present progress to executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Harmonize and standardize operational processes across Production Management, Manufacturing & Industrialization, Logistics and Workshop Operations.
