CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Regional Implementation Project Manager to lead PMO activities for CEVA Lead Logistics projects. The role focuses on onboarding new CEVA Lead Logistics/4PL customers, expanding existing business scope, and driving internal improvement initiatives across global teams.

Qualifications

• University degree / masters in transport, supply chain or logistics or equivalent.
• 6+ years’ experience in transport / logistics industry or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with mid- to large scale customer facing projects in a project management role.
• Proven experience with Project Methodology (Project Planning, Project Controls, Project Communication).
• Very good analytical skills and familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
• Experienced in managing organizational and process changes.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsabilités

• Act as the PMO lead for CEVA Lead Logistics projects, applying CEVA project methodology.
• Define detailed project plans including resources and budgets.
• Monitor project activity, ensuring deliverables are met on time, in full and at cost.
• Provide regular project reporting and governance through steering calls.
• Identify and manage changes to project framework and scope.
• Define and implement business processes and related IT/solutions from kick-off to handover.
• Lead customer workshops to define business requirements and sign-off.
• Coordinate SOPs and documentation with IT, operations and product teams.
• Oversee training, rollout planning and post-go-live support.
