Job summary

myPOS France is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead multi-country payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, and several EU countries, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with local laws. You will drive governance, controls, and data integrity while managing a cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and the global payroll provider Deel.

The role requires extensive experience with international payroll, strong knowledge of statutory requirements, and leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Experience with payroll across multiple European jurisdictions including Italy, France and Germany is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end ownership of payroll across multiple European countries.
• Ensure payroll compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires in Deel ahead of first pay run.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and Deel for data integrity and compliance.
• Govern payroll governance, controls and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the payroll team and drive process improvements.
