Europcar Mobility Group is seeking an Intern to support the International Partner Development team in Paris. The role focuses on administrative excellence, cross-border communication, and coordination with global partners to drive franchise initiatives and events.

You will prepare reports and presentations, manage schedules, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and with a diverse, global team.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and specialized support to the International Partnerships team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for effective communication with international franchisees and partners across cultures and time zones.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences involving global partners, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and venue coordination.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and engaging presentations on franchise activities, tracking progress and highlighting key achievements.
• Assist in implementing franchise initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns.
