Mistral.ai is seeking a first Partner Marketing Lead to define and execute the global partner marketing strategy. You will own positioning, activation, and scaling of partnerships with ISVs, SIs, and cloud alliances, building a world-class partner marketing engine that drives joint GTM success and measurable revenue impact.

You will collaborate with world-class AI science, product, engineering, and GTM teams to bridge partners and open AI communities, shaping growth priorities and revenue growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in partner, alliance, or ecosystem leadership in enterprise or AI technology.
• Deep understanding of the modern AI stack and ecosystem dynamics across hyperscalers, model providers, and open-source platforms.
• Proven track record leading global partner or ecosystem marketing in high-growth environments with cross-functional orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Lead Global Partner Marketing Strategy across ISVs, SIs, and cloud alliances with segmentation and value propositions.
• Build and execute tiered co-marketing programs to drive measurable pipeline and partner influence.
• Develop scalable global partner marketing frameworks with messaging, assets, playbooks, and performance tracking.
• Drive joint customer storytelling with technology integration narratives and customer value.
