Ipsen in Paris seeks a Global Category Leader for Packaging & Devices, responsible for a ~40m€ annual spend on drug containers, primary packaging and delivery devices across the global manufacturing network.

You will design and deploy category strategies with R&D and TechOps, lead sourcing initiatives, build supplier relationships, and ensure value, quality, continuity, and sustainability across markets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading global sourcing in a multinational context.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience aligning procurement with R&D and operations.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Drive Category Management process for the assigned category.
• Be the Procurement Subject Matter Expert on the category.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design, build and implement sourcing plans.
• Maintain the highest-level code of conduct and ethics.
• Develop long-term strategic category plans aligned with business needs.
• Lead and support sourcing initiatives, including complex RFPs and negotiations.
• Design, negotiate, and implement global or regional agreements.
