Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading global sourcing and procurement in a multinational context.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic change leadership.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.
• MBA or procurement-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global sourcing team and drive category strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders and Ipsen divisions to align on objectives.
• Drive cost reductions, supplier performance, and value creation across categories.
• Develop and implement the Ipsen Way across procurement to ensure consistency.
