FinOps Weekly in Paris is seeking an IT Operations Manager to own our hybrid Azure infrastructure for a luxury-grade, international e-commerce platform. You will drive stability, security and performance, overseeing critical ERP, Supply Chain and POS systems.

You will lead a global tech team, manage vendors, and optimize cloud spend with ITIL discipline while ensuring strong governance and incident response in a demanding retail environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in IT/CS required.
• 8–10 years of complex infra management and production IT experience.
• Fluent English essential for international environment.

Responsabilités

• Define infrastructure roadmap across Azure and hybrid environments.
• Lead transformation projects into Azure at international scale.
• Monitor Microsoft services to support production and business needs.
• Ensure 24/7 high availability of systems and international e-commerce platform.
• Oversee incident, problem and change management per ITIL.
• Define and uphold SLA/SLO commitments for stakeholders.
• Lead DR/BCP planning on Azure with regular testing.
• Manage and develop internal technical team and external vendors.
• Coordinate with international subsidiaries to maintain standards.
• Enforce security policies across servers, networks and cloud services.
• Collaborate with RSSI and IAM for secure connectivity.
