Barrington James Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access – Oncology to lead and shape access strategies across European markets, with some US exposure. You will work with global, regional and local teams to support launches and ensure products are positioned effectively with payers and HTA bodies.

You will drive market access activities across oncology products through the lifecycle, balancing payer requirements, evidence generation and international collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong market access experience, ideally in oncology or a specialist therapy area.
• Experience contributing to or leading HTA, reimbursement or value submissions.
• Strong understanding of European access & reimbursement processes.
• Experience launching or managing market access across multiple markets.
• Mentoring or people-management experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Developing market access strategies and implementing across priority markets.
• Providing pricing & reimbursement input for European markets with some US exposure.
• Supporting HTA, reimbursement and value submissions with local evidence needs.
• Contributing to global pricing & access plans and translating them into country strategies.
• Supporting launch readiness by identifying access requirements and evidence needs early.
• Using payer insights, HEOR and real-world evidence to strengthen value propositions.
• Collaborating with medical, commercial, HEOR, regulatory and government affairs teams.
