Qualifications
- Advanced degree in science, medicine, pharmacy, or communications.
- 7+ years of experience in scientific communications or medical content design and delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic communication plans.
- Proficiency in digital content creation and management tools.
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and present complex data.
Responsibilities
- Chair GIMCTs and drive the development of IMCPs with content, channel and congress plans.
- Lead delivery of SCP, scientific narratives, content and channel plans, and congress tactics.
- Collaborate with medical leaders, GMT, and priority markets to ensure alignment.
- Develop innovative tools for internal/external communication, including digital solutions.
- Ensure deliverables are scientifically accurate, compliant with regulations and ethics.
