Ipsen Biopharm Ltd in France seeks a Clinical Program Oncology Director to lead global oncology clinical development programs across assets. You will manage a team of CPMs, CMLs and CTAs, shape development plans, and drive external partnerships while ensuring regulatory and scientific excellence.

You will provide strategic direction, oversee budgets and timelines, and collaborate with senior leaders to accelerate innovative therapies for patients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Clinical Operations experience in Pharma, Biotech or CRO, managing Ph1-3 oncology programs.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations and GCP requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, resourcing and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop CPMs, CMLs and CTAs, driving performance and accountability.
• Oversee clinical development plans, CDP, and cross-functional asset teams.
• Manage CRO relationships, site selection, timelines and budgets for programs.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and scientific strategy.
• Represent Ipsen in advisory boards and external partnerships.
