Ipsen Biopharm Ltd. is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Early Development Asset Operations in France or the UK. The role leads a team of Project Managers, driving operational delivery across the Early Development portfolio within a dynamic matrix environment.

You will shape strategy, coordinate cross-functional priorities, manage budgets, and ensure governance alignment while fostering high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience (PhD ideal).
• 15+ years in biotech/pharma with leadership in cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years in project management or leadership within global drug development.

Responsabilités

• Act as Project Manager for operational delivery of Early Development programs.
• Lead a team of Project Managers (AOLs) supporting portfolio delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to advance Early Development programs.
• Drive process optimization and maintain compliant project documentation.
