A global technology firm in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking a Lead Network & SASE RUN Expert to manage global Network & SASE operations. Responsibilities include leading Level 3 incident management and supporting cloud networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong networking fundamentals, experience in enterprise environments, and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Strong experience in L3 support in enterprise environments.
• Ability to handle critical incidents under pressure.
• Solid understanding of ITIL (v3/v4).

Responsabilités

• Act as primary escalation for complex incidents.
• Operate and support global network infrastructure.
• Ensure timely resolution aligned with SLA objectives.
