Pluxee in Paris is seeking a Lead Network & SASE RUN Expert to strengthen our Global Network & SASE Operations. You will act as the L3 escalation point for complex incidents and drive root cause analysis to meet SLA/MTTR targets.

The role covers global network infrastructure including core services DNS/IPAM, governance under ITIL, and automation initiatives, collaborating with Security, Cloud Architecture and regional teams to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Strong networking fundamentals with emphasis on core protocols and routing.
Experience in L3 support for enterprise networks and incident management.
Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 processes and documentation practices.

Responsabilités

Act as the primary escalation point (L3) for complex incidents and service requests.
Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for network and SASE issues.
Ensure timely resolution aligned with SLA/MTTR objectives.
Operate and support global network infrastructure including DNS and IPAM.
Identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes with engineering teams.
Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operations.
Optimize network performance with proactive monitoring and alerting.
Maintain ITIL-compliant governance: Incident, Problem, Change.
Produce high-quality runbooks and knowledge base materials.
Collaborate with Global Network, Security, Cloud Architecture, and regional teams.
Support major changes, deployments, and critical events.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
