Job summary

BD Biopharma Systems in France (Le Pont-de-Claix) is seeking a Global Network Planner with 3+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience. You will develop global supply plans, monitor demand-supply reconciliation, and optimize inventory using SAP SCM and Kinaxis.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SCM, Kinaxis).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply plans for assigned product portfolios, balancing customer demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.
• Monitor and analyze global supply chain performance, identifying risks and opportunities and developing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of the supply plan.
• Manage inventory levels across the global network, optimizing stock positioning to meet service levels while minimizing working capital.
• Utilize planning systems (SAP SCM, Kinaxis) to generate forecasts, build supply plans, and perform scenario analysis.
• Lead or participate in S&OP processes, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders for effective communication.
• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and projects to management.
• Participate in NPI processes to ensure smooth supply chain integration.
