InPost is expanding its international network and seeks a Network Engineer to sustain WAN, SD-WAN, LAN and WLAN infrastructure across locations. You will monitor performance, drive improvements and support projects in a large, multi-country environment.

The role requires hands-on routing, switching, wireless, security and VPN expertise, scripting for automation, and strong collaboration with global IT teams. English at B2 level or higher is expected.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a large international organization.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of routing, switching and wireless networking.
• Practical experience with network security and VPN technologies.
• Experience in scripting and process automation, ideally leveraging AI-supported solutions.
• Solid expertise with Fortigate firewalls and Cisco switching platforms.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Spanish language skills will be considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer and develop WAN, SD-WAN, LAN and WLAN infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, capacity and scalability while driving continuous improvements.
• Deliver infrastructure projects, including implementation of new solutions and deployment of network equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues across LAN/WAN environments and connected devices.
• Automate operational tasks and continuously improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards and operational procedures.
• Provide technical expertise and support to technology and business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure network excellence across the organization.
