Limagrain is seeking a Network Team Lead to oversee the network roadmap, architecture, and security across LAN, WAN, and cloud interconnections. You will lead a small team of network experts and coordinate with the cybersecurity group on secure and scalable infrastructure.

You will manage two contractors and participate in on-call rotations while driving projects, automation, and CMDB improvements to meet business needs. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networks, or telecommunications.
• At least seven years in networking, including three years in operational management.
• Strong English communication and cybersecurity awareness.

Responsabilités

• Participate in and oversee the implementation of the network roadmap (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, global hubs, cloud networking, zero trust).
• Propose architecture and evolution of network infrastructures; ensure interoperability and consistency of all network systems.
• Monitor technology and propose continuous improvements; ensure network security with cybersecurity team.
• Manage network deployment and migration projects; supervise and lead two contractors; on-call as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and QoS; ensure operational readiness (MCO) and security (MCS) of centralized administration tools.
• Oversee security of industrial IT networks converging on the Group’s IT information system; support team development.
• Advise the Infrastructure & Operations manager; manage service catalogue, lifecycle, automation and CMDB.
