Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Middle Years Program Lead based in France to drive curriculum design and global expansion. You will shape engaging project-based and place-based learning, develop assessment frameworks, and ensure quality across international locations with emphasis on social-emotional development.

You will collaborate with educators, education leaders, and cross-functional teams, integrating online learning providers and edtech.

Qualifications

• Several years of demonstrated experience designing, developing, and implementing innovative curricula.
• Experience with project-based and place-based learning.
• Strong understanding of middle years learners (ages 10–14).
• Experience selecting and managing online education providers.
• Ability to scale programs across multiple sites/international locations.
• Ability to analyze learner data and support social-emotional development.
• Excellent collaboration with educators and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally; based in Europe preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Middle Years curriculum development and implementation.
• Develop assessment frameworks measuring academic and social-emotional progress.
• Maintain quality standards across centers and align with accreditation requirements.
• Lead integration of online learning providers and educational technologies.
• Support global expansion and launches in new destinations.
• Collaborate across education, product, operations, real estate, admissions, sales, marketing.
• Travel regularly to support local teams and ensure program quality.
