Jobgether seeks a Lead Teacher for a full-stack and AI-focused programme in France. You will deliver live lectures, guide hands-on labs, and mentor student teams through major projects, including a mid-bootcamp and final capstone.

You’ll integrate AI tools responsibly while maintaining high teaching standards and student engagement. The role requires strong English communication, a minimum of three years in full-stack development, and a commitment to a 40-hour work week with three on-site

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Teaching or mentoring learners in bootcamps, university programmes, or comparable technical training environments.
• Backend: Java fundamentals, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security, JWT, microservices or messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3.
• DevOps: Git, GitHub workflows, Docker, Docker Compose, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), REST/GraphQL integration.
• AI-assisted development: experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Codeium).
• Responsible AI: security, data privacy, code quality, validate AI outputs.
• English: fluent C1+; instruction materials in English.
• Interpersonal: presentation, organization, collaboration, mentoring.
• Availability: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, travel to Baku for milestones.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging technical instruction: daily live lectures, demonstrations, and coding sessions.
• Prepare and adapt learning materials: daily lesson plans aligned with objectives.
• Mentor students through major projects: Mid-Bootcamp and Final Capstone.
• Integrate AI into education: teach use of AI coding assistants.
• Assess performance and provide feedback: evaluate progress and give actionable feedback.
• Provide ongoing student support: Q&A sessions and clear explanations.
• Coordinate classroom activities with Teaching Assistant.
• Collaborate with programme stakeholders to align with objectives.
• Build an inclusive learning community accommodating different learning styles.
