Job summary

Tronox is seeking a procurement leader to manage global MRO category strategy reporting to the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing. You will leverage OEM spend across Tronox sites to deliver value, reduce risk, and support reliability.

The role requires a seasoned professional with MRO experience, strong commercial acumen, and advanced data analysis to translate spend and supplier data into practical category strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• More than 10 years in procurement or related experience, focus on MRO.
• MRO background with ability to engage with maintenance, reliability, and operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop supplier strategies.
• Advanced data analysis to turn spend and market data into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global MRO category strategies aligned with procurement objectives.
• Leverage OEM MRO spend to improve visibility and supplier opportunities.
• Develop supplier strategies for OEMs, distributors, and service providers.
• Analyze spend, demand, supplier, inventory, and market data for decisions.
• Lead sourcing projects from scope through execution.
• Partner with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
• Challenge specifications to link technical requirements to value.
• Execute Source-to-Contract, including negotiations and awards.
• Establish governance, savings tracking, and supplier performance metrics.
• Build relationships to support category performance and business objectives.
