Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer support (technical preferred) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English and French communication at C1 level.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and document resolutions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365.
• Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes.
