OP Mobility Holdings is seeking a senior Lead Buyer to oversee indirect purchasing for its holding and OPn’Soft groups. You will manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, and optimize total cost of ownership across sites and functions.

The role requires 7–10 years in purchasing, fluency in English and French, and strong proficiency with ERP/e-sourcing tools. An understanding of R&D or software engineering is an asset.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in industrial/auto/tech environments.
• Solid knowledge of procurement methodologies: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management.
• Proficiency with procurement tools (ERP, e-sourcing) and advanced Excel skills.
• Professional fluency in English and French.
• Understanding R&D or software engineering environments is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead purchasing scope for holding and OPn’Soft business groups (Indirect Purchasing).
• Support operations by managing the supply base, costs, delivery, quality and sustainability.
• Identify market opportunities and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Maintain supplier relations and build value-bearing partnerships.
• Collaborate with Global Domain Managers to design and report initiatives.
• Conduct negotiations ensuring cost control, contract flexibility, quality and risk mitigation.
• Handle contract creation, review, renewals, and compliance management.
• Ensure full application of procurement contracts up to final supplier payment.
• Monitor supplier performance and support evaluation processes; adjust as needed.

The Lead Buyer Holding & Opn'Soft:

• Lead Purchasing Scope for Holding and OPn’Soft business groups (Indirect Purchasing)
• Supports the operations, bringing value in managing the supply base (cost, on time delivery, quality, sustainability) and contributing to the site performance
• Identifies the market opportunities and offerings to satisfy the site/functions needs and optimize the total cost of ownership
• Manages the supplier relations to meet the sites/functions expectations and build value bearing partnerships
• Elaborates, implements and reports initiatives in collaboration with Global Domain Managers
• Conduct negotiations ensuring cost control, contract flexibility, quality, and risk mitigation
• Handle contract creation, review, renewals, and compliance management
• Ensures the full application of the procurement contracts up to the final payment of the supplier
• Monitor supplier performance and support supplier evaluation pay process. If need be, design or modify processes in adequation to Group rules and impulse

Information Criticality & Confidentiality:

This role is associated with Information Criticality Level 2 and requires strict adherence to confidentiality obligations, in line with the sensitivity of the information handled.
