Havas International in the Paris region is seeking an International Media Assistant Intern to support multiple accounts across France and abroad, starting October 2026. You will work closely with executives and media experts to coordinate campaigns and gather performance insights.

The internship offers exposure to online and offline media, daily operational tasks, and a path to develop market intelligence, budgeting support, and cross-market collaboration within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s level (Bac+4/5) from business school, communication, advertising school or university.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Experience in media, marketing, administration or finance is appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with media experts (Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline) through campaign phases: briefing, recommendations, tracking timelines, monitoring campaigns and presenting performance reviews.
• Respond to client requests and propose suitable media activations.
• Stay updated with market trends and media innovations; support transversal projects and competitive analyses.
• Assist in tracking campaign budgets and financials.
• Coordinate with local market for briefings, campaign progress and daily support requests.

Havas International, a subsidiary of Havas Media Group is currently looking for interns.

We are seeking our future International Media Assistant Intern to support several accounts operating in France and abroad starting from October 2026.

Your future challenges?

As an intern, you will assist executives and consulting managers in managing various clients. This includes coordinating with different media experts and supporting operational tasks. Our scope of work spans all geographies and covers both online and offline media.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with media experts (Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline) throughout campaign phases: briefing, challenging media recommendations, tracking timelines, monitoring campaigns, and presenting performance reviews.


• Client Support: Respond to client requests and needs by proposing suitable media activations.


• Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends and media innovations (technical, data-related). Support transversal projects, ad‑hoc studies, and competitive analyses.


• Financial Monitoring: Assist in tracking campaign budgets and financials.


• Local Market Coordination: Coordinate with local market: follow up on briefings, campaign progress, and provide daily support on various requests.

Your Profile?

• Experience: Previous internship or first professional experience in media, marketing, administration, business or finance is apprecited.


• Education & Languages: Master’s level (Bac+4/5) from a business school, communication, advertising school, or university. Fluency in english and french is mandatory.


• Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Comfortable working with numbers.


• Soft Skills: Organized and detail-oriented. Proactive and curious. Able to multitask, flexible, and adaptable. Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
