HAVAS INTERNATIONAL is seeking an International Media Assistant to join the international hub in Puteaux for a 6-month internship beginning in October or November. You will support coordination across campaign stages, liaise with experts, and help manage client requests while staying current with market media innovations.

The role requires Bac+4/5 studies in marketing or management, strong organizational and multilingual communication skills (French and English), and proficiency in PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Student at Bac+4/5 level in communication, marketing or management.
• Organized and rigorous by nature.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills in French and English (fluent).
• Strong interest in marketing, communication and advertising.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• First internship experience in an agency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Relationship management and coordination with the various experts.
• Support across campaign stages: social, programmatic, publishing, offline, including briefing experts and monitoring timelines.
• Respond to client requests to propose appropriate media activations.
• Keep up to date with market trends, media, technical and data innovations.
• Support cross-functional projects, ad hoc studies, competitive analysis, etc.
