Ipsen Pharma is seeking a Data & AI Project Lead to drive cross-functional data initiatives across the Global Data & AI Division. You will lead end-to-end delivery from scoping through adoption, coordinating sponsors, IT partners and external delivery teams.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and communication to ensure projects stay within scope, budget and timelines while delivering measurable business impact.

• Experience leading data, analytics and AI projects from discovery to deployment.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, data, analytics, AI, engineering and security.
• Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
